From FIFA Women’s World Cups to national competitions, women’s football tournaments are bigger than ever, and so is the job of delivering them well.  

The session will share what it really takes to plan an event around the needs of women players, officials and staff.  

The panel will discuss facilities, player welfare, scheduling and safety, along with the careers, pathways and challenges of women working behind the scenes.  Explore what players and officials really need from organisers, from changing rooms and medical support to scheduling, safety and travel for players who are mothers.
