Patrick Clancy
Director
Patrick has extensive government experience advising Federal and State Ministers including in the sport and major events portfolios. This has included advising government on the preparation for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the successful bid for the Brisbane 2023 Olympics and Paralympics.
He has more recently been the A-Leagues’ Head of Public Affairs helping to lobby for more investment in the women’s professional game, coordinating the inaugural Unite Round Multicultural Celebration and increasing the profile of the league amongst Australia’s State and Federal parliamentarians.
He now runs his own consulting business advising organisations, particularly those in the sport and primary industries sectors, on government relations strategy, stakeholder management and corporate communications.
Patrick is currently the Deputy Chair (Strategy) of the Football Supporters Association of Australia. He is a passionate Melbourne Victory and Australian national teams supporter.
Patrick was appointed as Director in November 2021.
