Laura Noble

Membership & Communications Coordinator

As Women Onside's first employee, Laura plays a vital role in advocating for the advancement of women in football on a national scale. She champions women's representation, empowerment, and voices across all levels of the sport. She advocates for diversity and inclusion in sports and promotes inclusive, values-driven leadership.


In addition to her role at Women Onside, Laura was the first female president of Port Saints Football Club and the inaugural female director of Football Mid North Coast, which oversees football for more than 6,500 participants. 


Outside of football, Laura is the People and Culture Manager at Just Better Care Mid North Coast, one of Australia's largest providers of in-home aged care and disability support services. In her role, she oversees recruitment, resources, and leadership to ensure the organisation's success. 


Laura has a Bachelor of Business and Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership & Community Resilience. Her vision for the sport includes fostering a more inclusive, equal, and equitable future by levelling the playing field and advocating for equality at every turn.
